Until this morning Bismarck officially had not recorded a low temperature below 0˚ F. The graphic below are the lows from NDAWN (North Dakota Agricultural Weather Network) stations. The -2˚ is the Mandan station, but the Bismarck Airport (KBIS) had a low of -1˚F. That was the first negative of the season and also the latest first negative on record. Bismarck has records going back to the autumn of 1874. Yes, it has been an impressively warm winter to this point.
