Widespread but Differences

Last week’s rain was widespread enough that almost the entire region got some rain.  Some areas got too much, some too little and probably a spot or two got just what they needed. No matter what your area received, the odds are you need another rain.  Many people live paycheck to paycheck, when you farm in North Dakota, you tend to live rainfall to rainfall.  Yes, you can always name a year here or there when that wasn’t totally true, but a high percentage of years, you get a rain, but a week later crops are looking dry again.  This week things will become dry again, as little rain is foreseen, but at least there appears to be another chance this weekend.
